Moringa City Advisory Services was born in 2016, when a small circle of like-minded friends came together—united by a shared curiosity about Moringa and my background in Sales and Marketing Management. What began as a simple passion for trading Moringa soon grew into a vision: to help others discover the commercial potential of this remarkable plant.
Through years of consistency, hands-on experience, and closing impactful business deals, the journey reached a turning point in January 2020, when I was invited by a permaculture practitioner in Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso. That experience planted the seed that blossomed into Moringa City Advisory Services, now a proud division of Moringa City (Ghana).

💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
We maintain professionalism and transparency in our services. This policy outlines your cancellation and refund rights.
2. Service Payments
- All service fees are due in full before training or consultation unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment Terms: 50% advance payment upon booking, and the remaining 50% after completion of training or advisory service.
3. Cancellations by Client
- Notify us at least 24 hours before a session to avoid forfeiting payment.
- For training programs, cancellations must occur at least 3 days in advance.
4. Cancellations by Moringa City
If Moringa City cancels a session, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued if Moringa City cancels a service or in the case of double payment.
- No refunds for missed sessions or completed services.
- Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Services
Certain customized services (e.g., specialized reports, branding designs) are non-refundable once delivered.
